If the bid is less than 10% of the SP, I consider it as lowball. That’s my personal opinion and I know it’s very objective. I still believe having lowball bids instead of hitting the ask (or bidding close to it) hurts the stock more than it helps. Although today’s close is one example, I agree that it won’t be like this every time. I hope to see the contrary is true. That is when the stock closes red, it doesn’t have to be manipulations. It could simply be real supply is more than real demand that day.
