I am no accountant or finance person, but their deal did not seem great to me either. These are the times these companies are working in.

I do agree their the details supplied appear better, but at the time, I think EVIO was working with what they were afforded JMHO.

Again, IMO, We are where we are and cannot compare each deal companies agree to at different dates and situations.

Just staying the course here and believing as you are the new management and forthcoming new CFO will bring our greener pastures!!

Hoping the EOD PPS is a prelude of things forthcoming!
