Alan, the SP increased by 20% this week ($0.50 - $0.60) and supply vs. demand can be used to explain it.
Supply - Aspire didn't have as many shares to sell as before, which is a good sign.
Demand - More buying at ask due to lack of supply.
The average volume this week was less than 100K. If naked shorting is still happening, why did they allow the stock to go up by 20%? They should be able to control the SP with low volume.
I'm not trying to discredit your post by saying the math (%) is incorrect. I simply have a different interpretation of the #s and I explained why. If I'm a short I would love to tell more people that IPIX has a high short interest instead of the science.
