I already know at least 2 new major traders in the same league as me who have started to accumulate $INCC at both .0001 and .0002.

When they decide to hit the ask at .0002 exclusively, the .0002s will be gone in seconds > minutes just like they did on the last 300% run earlier this year.

It would happen sooner if a few morons hadn't added nearly 300M to the ask at .0002 when it was already down to 185M. They will lose their shares at just the wrong time like the clueless on $SEEK today who put 450M on the ask at .0001 at the close yesterday - because they didn't correctly spot the mirror trades between MMs - only to find it get taken out in minutes at the open today and the .0001 bid go to and hold the 900M > 1 Billion + range all day for a total of $3.2M traded recently on nothing like $INCC has going for it in terms of an actual product.
