I think if David Foley can actually procure the partial funding this week, then we should start seeing more movies added at an exponential rate. It has been hinted at that these deals have been completed on paper; they just needed the cash.

Ever since the Long Side Ventures court case, NTEK has been at a standstill. They need to get back into the 4K race as soon as possible. Also, if I do recall, once the funding was completed, we would start to see the other members of management unfold, especially the CEO concerning his management style, and more importantly his decisions, in conjunction with the promises made by David Foley in shareholder letters and answering IR concerns.
