I agree that the financial benefit for Strikeforce shareholders will be 49% but maintain that it is going to be a nice 49%. At first when we learned about the subsidiary, I had no idea what the extent of the effort would be. Now that we have learned a little bit more about it, I am thrilled that we have 49% equity in it.
