We the Common SH's of SFOR don't own BST common shares. That could change in the future, but not currently.
SFOR the Company owns 49% of BST common shares, SFOR Execs own 31% BST commons, and 20% BST commons other parties. That's 100% of the commons
So for voting rights and controlling interest SFOR 80%.
