He doesn't just apply for custodianship of tons of companies, but seems to always have a plan for the Reverse Merger to partnership up with the right company. Companies come to him for advice with going public. IPO's can be astronomically expensive, whereas a company can step into a ticker symbol which has the correct share structure (which Arcaro sets-up), becomes market current (which Arcaro accomplishes) and reinstated. He has the market know-how to help these companies achieve current OTC reinstatement and is trusted to get this done. He has the process down pat at this point. He is one of the RM masters, and that is why these companies seek his expertise.
