If you read the rest of my post, you will see that I reference that Mark, Ram, & George collectively own an additional 31%, which when combined with SFOR's 49%, essentially puts 80% of BSAFE in control of SFOR & its management team! If you go back thru various posts here, you will see reference to the 31% owned by our management team!
