There's a difference between being a research genius, and being someone who knows how to design and implement clinical trials in the best way possible.

Dr. M was the former, Dr. B seems to be the latter. One of the hardest things for start-up businesses is for the founders to know what they DON'T know and to hire people to do those tasks. IPIX has done that well.
