Apparently Bills idea of debt negotiation is just not filing the K so toxic notes cant convert. Too bad he couldnt stop all the preferred from converting as well. Things are looking bleak for TPAC.

Any word on when the explainer video or white papers for the ICO's will be released? Bill said within 2 weeks but then went silent after he missed his self made deadline. This is starting to look like all the other TPAC failures.
