just want to point out, that if you track the company's PR's it has become less and less clear whether we were going to utilize the JOBs act for AMBS itself. I now believe there's a good chance, given his lack of experience in Reg A+ but formidable experience in direct investment, that a major direct investment of some sort into the parent company will occur first. There is significantly less risk if we can knock out the covenants of the tender exchange quickly and move on to blasting out the subs rather than having to reg A+ both steps.
