Mo: What I mean when I say the Mako attack didn't work is that thanks in part to a prompt response by management and Sullivan quickly responding to the Rosen litigation most investors held their positions. Not only that but since then longs have added to their positions significantly and IMHO those short are at far greater risk today than they were when their attack began. No question they hurt both the company and its shareholders so they did in fact wound us but they failed in their attempt to kill the company which IMHO was their goal.
I look forward to the day IPIX management turns the tables on them and I believe that day is close at hand. Go IPIX!!!
