I heard it was CrazyProfits from IHUB tryn to get back his shares he sold after ER @.0019/.002
the dude sells into the bid to go play other pos pigs like ERBB .0009 for a .0001 flip which hardly ever works out.
basically the guy is playing with about 30M shares and dumps 75% into the bid then comes bak at higher prices
losing his asshat on $ACGX dumping bak and forth to recapture his position
I believe management needs to step upto the plate and buy some stock
