The company was over a penny a share for quite a while on its climb to.02xx and the uplist question was out there then as well. Mr. Kay will uplist IMO when instability is no longer a factor. The investors needed to propel this stock further do not exist in the OTC and is not on the radar of the average investor, also IMO. When earnings provide the stability needed an uplisting may occur or a buyout.
