NASD also requires a minimum of 1 dollar bid price and if falls below for more than 30 consecutive days will get delisted.
We will NOT have to worry about that at all once the Large Deals with HUGE rev flows in the coffers THIS YEAR, add the cake icing settlements, and all that will provide a massive company valuation + ZERO toxic dilution = PPS Sky Rocket accordingly!
