Liehub is notorious for these tactics.
To admit it in writing is stupid or arrogant, or a combination of the two.
These clowns are using ONCI as their own ATM machine.
It's one thing to swing trade with charts and/or momentum, (which we all probably do) it's quite another thing to organize and conspire (while bashing) to manipulate a stock.
Short answer is: They do it because they can. It's condoned and likely encouraged.
The solution is a major run to shake them out. Or the SEC to go after them, which would be delicious...
