I believe that Baltia will move forward now .  .  .  their need has simply been to have some feedback/input .  .  .  . 

Gentlemen/ladies - would one of you please tell me the name & location of a firm that will DWAC some shares  -   I am not selling anything.  I had these certs for a long time and I think it's about time for me to at least put them in an account (to make it easier for my family should . . .)  -  apparently Fidelity is no longer handling this, and someone said that Alpine (who and where are they?) would DWAC shares.
