I was surprised to find that program with Milner and a fairly recent one... makes me think they're on a public education campaign... and to have the name cTheRoad would make it easy for an insurance company to promote the app.

I actually spoke with Milner in December and came away thinking ICBC was working with and involved with Cogosense. ICBC would be a good customer to have and start a new trend among so many insurance companies.
