Don't think so imo. The bSafeMobile has almost zero internet presence.
My guess is that a private label customer will be a strictly internet seller. Amazon, eBay, Google, etc. He'd be responsible for all the marketing. There has to be a simple reason why there is none of that today thru Onci.
The CtheRoad domain was first registered about the time Berman announced he was going to buy Cogosense. And now he admits to potential private label deal 30 days before he anticipates closing the Cogosense deal? Coincidental?
Don't know Steve Williams plans once his company is sold. Does he stay on with Cogosense or does he become a private label reseller? If he stays on there would certainly have to be a related party notation somewhere in their filings go forward if what I think is happening actually happens..
