$FUSZ: People need to understand that the 10K filing (history) was for the last quarter of 2017...look what has happened in 2018, that is why the pro forma was done. Bottom line.. TODAY there are no convertibles. $2.5M cash on hand!
The only note ("Notes payable-Related Party" ) remaining is a note for a loan from CEO Rory Cutaia (initiated in 2015) and he will not convert any time soon.
