So now there is fresh J&J news and the potential of a strike suit and a good chance to force a giveback of what legacy J&J stole from DECN.

P.S. I totally understand that there are shareholders and former shareholders that are hell bent on killing as much of DECN's and Mr. Berman's legacy as they can --- whatever is left, because it is all about today's share price.
