I like that theory but I seem to be able to buy a reasonable amount of shares every single time I try. While I'm not buying 10-20 million shares, it doesn't seem they are buying at all. Over months and a few hundred thousand shares at a time, they could certainly get close to covering their position. To me, I don't see them even trying but I could be wrong. I purchased 200k shares several times without issues.
