Some people will just sell a chunk of any stock once they figure out they owe more in taxes than they had estimated, or for dozens of other reasons. There was a broad rout in Technology, Consumer staples, and other stocks today. The 10K was expectedly lackluster on cursory reading: some may imagine they can buy back in cheaper later. Those, IMHO, would not be your top drawer analysts.... but I am very much looking forward to whatever they wish to donate.
