As most of you know, I follow many cannabis based companies, and hold stock in a few others. Thus far today, OWCP has been the only one to file for an extension. While they rather consistently do this, they also do file by the end of the extension, so they maintain compliance with the SEC. I believe it marks the difference between OTC companies, and those on the Pinks.
Year's ago I held a Pink that hadn't filed a single report for years. All of a sudden, over a period of about 2 weeks, all the missing quarterlies and annual reports were filed. Shortly after they came current, the corporate shell was sold to another organization and frankly the shell was about all that remained.
OWCP is being built by people who've been very successful in the past. Their is no reason to believe that working together they won't be highly successful in the future, and we should all profit nicely from their success, just give it time.
