Good news! The legal action against Jeffrey Low, Ziv Turner, Uri Glazer, and Dubi Kochva has been decided in favour of OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp.
To summarize, here is the result:
1. The company settled with Ziv Turner & Jeffrey Low, whereby Jeffrey Low has agreed to pay Ziv Turner’s loan + interest in the amount of $120,700.00
2. There is a default judgment against Uri Glazer in the amount of $105,274.00 + 4.5% interest per annum from Oct. 23, 2014.
3. Complaint against Dubi Kochva was dismissed.
