That's exactly right. That investor group put in $9M but wanted to make sure that five independent directors were appointed and that Mr. Bordynuik would refrain from voting his super-voting shares to their detriment and refrain from adding more preferred shares. That aligns very well with other shareholders and the stipulations aren't "ridiculous demands" as Capitalgain stated.
Capitalgain and others would do well to check their 'facts' before they post them. Instead it's like a game of 'telephone' where optimistic shareholders take what they've heard and keep adding any positive spin wherever they can before passing it on. It's unfortunate as the blown up fake information can convince others to buy.
