You are correct. There is no time mentioned when they have to get them done by.
Nor can TD state specifically in the settlement where it says Treaty has to file all 6 years and the SEC will review it with a magnifying glass.
Nor does it say Treaty admits defrauding investors.
I have asked him 4 times to clarify it but he wont.
