I dont think this is just pure coincidence that the Appeal was filed and released for public then within a few days the 10K is filed. Mark has always waited until the last day to file the 10Q's and 10K's. I think this early 10K release was directed by our lawyers so the Appeals Court can see our end of year finances immediately. This was a strategic move for one reason or another but it shows our current 10K and is a current snapshot of the affect that these infringers have had on our finances. Otherwise I dont see a reason for early release other than a PR in the near future as others have stated.
