Blocksafe Tech ICO raises $75M. That would give Blocksafe a valuation of $1B. SFOR's share would be 49%.
Therefore SFOR could potentially have a valuation of $490M if the ICO goes well.
If SFOR has a valuation of $490M just through the ICO (NO lawsuits or channel partner deals included), the math would be as follows:
$490M/2.33B shares = $0.21 per share
Now try to follow, stay focused, SFT 49%, SFT execs. share 31% and private holder(s) 20%. Kay said that Blocksafe tech is private (51% is in fact privately held). What if, Big what if, Blocksafe Tech has an IPO following the ICO (within 6-12 months). That would make the IPO worth $1B.
If that were to happen, once again just my opinion, SFT = $490M, SFT execs. = $310M, private holders =$200M. Post IPO. This is no longer a valuation, it would be cash money in the coffers!
If I were in charge, that would be my strategy. And Blocksafe would create an amazing crypto wallet and secure others, with plenty of $$$.
IMO
