$PSGR Re: Pershing Resources new Board of Directors personnel; Neil Novak, PhD Registered Geologist.
A quick review of the past company ownership and employment history of Neil Novak MAY provide a glimpse of the level of business and mining expertise that he may bring on board.
SOME of the company names that are associated with Neil Novak's name are BWR Exploration, NOMINEX, Ltd, Spider Resources, UP Exploration, Billiken Management Services, Inc., and Cadillac Ventures. The commonalities that exist among these companies is that 1) They are small (in some companies the employee number is 3 or less; it appears that ONLY family members are employees) 2) Most of these companies are traded as PENNY STOCKS...one company may be closed. Additionally, at least 2 of the companies share the same phone number and address (Billiken & Spider).
BASED UPON INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET AND PRESUMING THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE INTERNET IS REASONABLY ACCURATE:
TO THE BEST OF MY BRIEF RESEARCH, There appears to be nothing exceptional about any of the companies nor do there appear to be any significant or exceptional mining operations currently listed or associated with any of these companies. They are simply PENNY STOCK companies that reference mining knowledge/activity. All of the companies and their operations (RE: News/Press Releases) suggest a similarity to small developmental mining companies such as Pershing Resources.
The above summation leaves me neither POSITIVE nor NEGATIVE about the prospects for success of Pershing Resources Company, Inc.
