I really believe safety results open a few doors to early sales. They would never put anything out that without at least making sure it is safe on skin over an extended period of time and quite frankly, after researching the topic, it is a must for many countries to even begin selling. It is not known how far they wan't to test before entering market but would be wise to at least get some out there after safety trials for the sake of the pleasing investors. I believe a few sales would go a long way in generating shareholder enthusiasm and a higher sp,which in turn will help attracting larger shareholders for future funding.
