Question to the board (my apologies if this has already been covered):
If Gemalto is based-in and working from Italy, are they still held to US cyber and patent laws with regards to them using/stealing SFOR's US patent(s)? Is this one of those cases where a company could "get around the law" by simply not being based in the US?
SFOR: "Hey Gemalto, we're glad you like our products, but we're gonna sue you for weaseling our stuff."
Gemalto: "Um, no you're not. We aren't based in the US so we don't have to follow your puny US laws."
Is this one of those cases where we reeeeally need our international patents to come through?
