I doubt if they'd issue an 8-K for the completion of an animal safety trial, which is preclinical, they might talk about it in the annual or quarterly report. Frankly, most big Pharma's and even many biotech's don't talk about their Phase 1 trials either, but you can tell their successful when Phase 2's are scheduled and initiated. Of course OWCP has chosen not to put these trials in the clinical trials database, so we can only anticipate them based on the timeline shown in their corporate presentation.
