I don't disagree at all with your logic. And I hope they do make that choice to throw in the towel now, rather than later, but I just have a feeling that they are going to attempt to fight it. We'll know in just a little over a month. If we hear from them prior to that and they settle the case, then game on!!!!!!

I read some of the appeal last evening and what I had looked through, I was thinking the same thing as many others are talking like this is a slam dunk case. We have all thought it was to begin with and this appeal sure makes it even more clear, but only time will tell.
