How accurate this statement is....time will tell...

but if the statement is true....

regardless of the "reasonable cost"...

it doesn't appear to matter to BP

....maybe they're being subsidized by some environmental monies...or tax or land...or use...or...any number of incentives....you know...the back scratching knows no limits!
