People that transferred from ST to TDA having trouble with sinkorswim chart and
L2; Make sure that in the upper left hand corner where it says account it has your account number, not virtual account. click on the red "On Demand' log off and back on
It only took a hour and a half cross texting in chat support that I noticed virtual account, the tech guy never asked that question. good luck.
