Respectfully, and having contemplated the significance of the SEALED nature of the Appeal brief,i really believe it is the National Security issues at stake, that are behind the sealed nature if the appeal. At some point, all the parties are going to have to come together in the interest of National Security, and make a fair division of the IP issues at stake, and proceed as a Joint Force of parties united in protecting the interests of U.S. and International citizens.
