OPPS EVEN BETTER NEWS! Someone pointed out my math was incorrect, Here are the correct numbers!
147,758,908 SHARES OUT - 405,471 TODAY'S VOLUME = 147,353,437 Shares are being held. This is the 4th lowest volume date of 2018, and this week had the least amount of volume for 2018. Everyone is holding because everyone knows that OWCP WILL PUT OUT GOOD NEWS whether it be TOMORROW or even SEPTEMBER, but WHEN it happens anyone holding over 75,000 shares WILL most likely become INSTANT MILLIONAIRES. So who wants to sell their shares now? OH wait the numbers are right in front of me 405,471 out of 147,758,908 or only 0.274%. Another words:
