QMC has to file all its 10K and 10Q's in 7 to 10 weeks (in May or June), if it still fails to file them, QTMM will be delisted from OTC.
I don't think Steven has the intention of being delisted and will file them on time.
So after filing, news will follow, do you expect bad news? All signs are pointing to a stream of good news. What will happen to share price upon release of good news?
