$PSGR BOD Fire themselves for huge incompetence
Should the B.o.D. Fire themselves for massive incompetence ?
ABSOLUTELY ! ! ! .. This is what the Board of Dir-
ectors ( henceforth, B.o.D. ) should do, ASAP :
(1) Fire all Pershing Executives, effective NOW, for
failure to deliver anything substantive, ever !
(2) Appoint a large shareholder (not an insider) to
a temporary receiver of Corporate Management --
-- or trustee or whatever the proper LEGAL TERM
is, and fire the existing FAILED B.O.D., and create a
Team to locate and nominate a NEW COMPETENT
B.O.D., say in the next 3 to six months. .. Again, no
failed executive management insiders need apply.
And (3) , . since insiders currently have more than 51%
of the shares, put the whole damned RE-organization
mess to a vote, either 66% of votes required, or maybe
75% of votes required, to ACTUALLY GIVE A VOICE
TO THE MAJORITY OF SHAREHOLDERS ( numer-
ically speaking ) WHO NEVER HAVE A VOTE ON
ANYTHING, EVER -- due to the INSIDER CONTROL
OF THE COMPANY.
And (4) here is the conclusion, the inside collection of
BOZO-s and other circus sideshow acts ( like the cur-
rent BOZO mentioned in the 06.30.2015 PR who has
beaucoup experience, YET WHO NEVER DELIVERS )
-- THAT INSIDE GROUP HAS FAILED TO DELIVER
LONG ENOUGH ! ! . It is time for a REAL CHANGE ! !
