Sorry but your theory is flawed. These announcements are not restricted to any single message board. Usually released on OTC and Yahoo and their own website + any other message board they can post on. All you do by banning a post is deprive your readers of that data. I am sure some of the people will take their incentive stock shares and unload them quickly to take the cash and run but in reality that is a small percentage. When investing in a company it should be based on the quality of the company and not how an interviewer is compensated. Most executives of companies receive stock as part of their compensation but under law they can only sell small amounts of their holdings at any one time. The shares are an incentive to grow the company and thus enhance the shareholders value.
