He referred to DJT as: KIND; HUMBLE; GENEROUS; CARING; etc.

The Republicans now realize they won the battle and will lose the war. They thought they won the 2016 election but now know that they lost badly and the damage that DJT is doing to the party will be long lasting. And, they sold their souls to win and beat a candidate they claimed was so bad that any reasonable candidate should have been able to beat.
Desperation is setting in. Democrats are winning in the red states. Imagine what will happen in the purple and blue states.
