I know folks have been discussing some of the accomplishments and plans that IFXY has, but what has impressed me the most is it’s ability to be flexible in this cryptocurrency environment. We are all too painfully aware that the SEC and several other regulatory agencies are struggling to figure out how to manage cryptocurrencies. The SEC is coming down hard on companies that are jumping on the crypto bandwagon to make a quick buck.
Yet in all this chaos, IFXY has two ICOs underway. Rather than shrink from the challenge or burry their heads in the sand, IFXY is adapting its approach to fully comply with any and all regulatory requirements - and succeeding while doing it. For example, their first ICO, GETX, sold out on the pre-ICO AND ICO presale 1 even though they barred normal US citizens from participating (the only allow accredited investors in the US to participate). Furthermore, IFXY has taken the tact that all future ICO will be S1 filed as a security so that the average Joe American like me can participate.
The regulatory chaos around cryptos is a minefield of challenges, yet IFXY remains adaptable to the changes and embraces the regulation and transparency.
Very impressed.
