Stunningly long list of foods and drinks to avoid. The section on grains is absurd since you'll be avoiding significant sources of fiber.
Uncle Sam toasted whole wheat berry flakes and flaxseed, for example
9 g of protein;10g of fiber; 37g of carbs and, wait for it, less than 1g of sugar.
I doubt if more than 5% of the population is capable of following the recommendations.
I'll stick to portion control, common sense, a modicum of self-discipline, pro-biotics, Uncle Sam and Metamucil....to help 'move things along'..... and exercise.
