The cost of living in all those states proves they are smarter than Californians, who stay there and pay up the nose for houses being targeted by DEW's, and property taxes that are equally as high.
BTW, I talked to a retired Delta airlines stewardess recently. She says they don't have air phones anymore. They don't work as well as cell phones, which don't work either well, unless on the ground or right over a tower. So, saying on 9/11 that air phones worked better than cell phoes was BS, as usual from our corrupt murderous government.
