IMO we can't tell from available data. SEC is not specific enough in their press-release to evaluate. Since further data is not available from the SEC...it falls on PJ to address concerns. Form 211 filing by MM for FINRA OTC Compliance is needed. PJ mentioned 211...but who is the MM???
