"Kind of them to fill my order. Much appreciated. Go PTOI!!!"
Now that is actually prudent. Presumably AlanC purchased all of the 1,000 shares traded today at $0.0305 so the most he can lose is $30.50. If PTOI's claims from a decade ago turn out to be real as he seems to believe, he'll probably rake in a few tens of thousands of dollars on his $30 investment. If not, he can recoup the loss by skipping lattes for a week.
PTOI's history of fraud and deceit is certainly distasteful but if shareholders want to hitch their wagon to PTOI's star anyway, smaller amounts are the way to do it.
One of PTOI's directors put in $400,000 which was certainly a substantial amount of money for him and he lost about $375,000 of that. PTOI's founder lied and told that director that he was holding a royal flush and the director trusted too much when he put his money into the pot.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
