Well this is the double edged sword
RMHB has put shares to GHS per agreement to raise capital. GHS has given cash to RMHB in exchange for discounted shares - believe around 12%. Now GHS is recouping their cash and profits via (IMHO) BMIC who can only sell a portion of the previous days volume per contract. The quicker volume increases the faster these shares will be absorbed into count and we can progress unhampered.
I'm pleased that they are using some of the cash raised to retire higher priced debt. Shows me that they are absoutely in it for the long haul.
I really like the team assembled and we've got top notch folks leading us and yes we can and will become the leader in the CBD arena.
