Carebourn was was very receptive on the phone yesterday. Hoping to have everything papered up asap. We’re waiting on the buyer for final documents so unfortunately I can only push so far, but i’ve asked for a reprieve from Carebourn during negotiations.

Again, Mr. Lund’s walkthrough of the Playboy Club in Vernon, NJ rescheduled to Thursday of next week due to this weeks weather.
